Token Vault won't load

I played ALL 13 scratch off games as instructed in order to unlock the Token Vault. I clicked on the vault like instructed now that it was unlocked. It has gone to the:

page and is stuck "loading". I refreshed the screen and it still gets stuck "loading. What is up with this? I feel like I just wasted a whole lot of time for nothing... again... this happened once before.
