I ordered a tin of chocolate covered gramhan crackers. Big mistake. They arrived a melted and smashed, smelling foul. Mailing the tin back was more than the cost of the product and they do not provide customer service for returning merchandise. I immedately tried to communicate by phone with PCH to no avail. All I would receive is a recorded message. I than proceeded to write them a letter and mailed it to the PO Box printed on the bill disputing the charge. After three attempts for writing, today I mailed another letter, I have still not received a call from the so called customer service department. Never order anything from them. The do not stand behind their products and will continue to bill you. This company is a scam.
