Scam

Dear Complaint Board:

I received a note that I won an award of $1,327,940.00 Supposably through Publisher's Clearing House. The check, Money Order or Cash for $12.99, and for faster service add $3.00 more. That alerted me; this is probably a SCAM. It was sent to my wife who had ordered a monthly publication of one of their magazines. I read an article that the was a lawsuit against the notice to other for the same amount.

Photo format is not recognized, can't send.

Please let me know is this is a scam.
