Refund

I made payments on my orders but they keep sending me multiple charges for the same ones that I have already paid.
They never respond to my complaint and continue to send me charges has already been paid.
Please help. I am a senior citizen with a limited income and they are taking advantage of me.

did not receive all of order

We received a Payment Past due Notice from PCH for order # 3049 9266 8457. this order was supposed to be "buy one get one free". We received ONE Shoe Storage Bag , but not the other. We will be glad to pay the invoice once the other shoe storage bag is received.
