I have been submitting on-line & by mail to Publishers Clearing House for YEARS ! I fully realize that I'm not guaranteed to
WIN ANYTHING.
I find it insulting & frustrating that they keep sending me e-mails month after month, year after year & I'm not certain IF
anyone ever wins this contest.
Is there any proof at all that anyone is getting these monies? I have purchased items many times. I understand that
this is a sales/marketing tool before it is a CONTEST. It's just an insult to my intelligence that we never see any
proof that the winnings are going to those that participate.

If they are distributing funds to participants, especially those that have a history of purchasing, you would THINK I
would have won even $5 over the last ten years or so. Is this a sham? Who knows. I do know one thing. There
are a choice few people that are making a LOT of money.
