Saw a item on their Web Site, I checked the box, but then I changed my mind and never checked the order box. Days later I got a notice that my order was going to be shipped. I called PCH, talked to a person, explained what happened, and she told me my order was canceled. Today, 01/18/2019 the order showed up in my mail box. I tried calling PCH, waited for :15 min, the music stopped, the phone rang, and no one picked up. I called again and the same chain of events happened. Rather then spend more of my time trying to contact these people. I wrote the check for my two disabled parking holders for $13.33.


This organization is a joke, and their service department is non-exitant. I will pass my experience on to all my internet friends, and hopefully they will never purchase from PCH. The best part is if I did get ahold of someone, I would have to pay out of my pocket too send the item back that I never ordered.
