Tired of PCH claiming they know how "valuable my time is" and how they "appreciate me spending it on their site". If they're truly appreciative they'd address the issues I have contacted them several times about. I am being shorted 12,500 welcome tokens per page per day for nearly 3 months now.I have e-mailed them around 12 times and just keep getting generic responses telling me to switch to Chrome. and to clear the browser. I already use Chrome, and it is kept clean. Their sight may be monetarily free, but it costs the most valuable recourse of all, TIME, and plenty of it. Been entering their sweeps for around 45 years. Been a member of their site for 27 years. Played all of the games. entered all of their sweeps. Takes right around 6 hours to complete all of the daily games, and there are games on there you can just keep playing all day, Played some of them. $10 to show for it all. Over the years I've probably spent more on postage mailing in their entries.Have no idea what it was won on. Got an e-mail one day telling me I had $10, and to be expecting a check along with more opportunities to win more, within a couple of days..No explanation as to which game or drawing the award pertained to. The check came, along with the usual PCH sweeps mailing, still nothing about what it was for. After reading some of these complaint boards it appears that lately a lot of people have just all of a sudden been awarded $10 with no expiation. Must be just so that they can claim that people do actually win their BS games..
