This company keeps calling my parents who are elderly and my mother has dementia trying to get them to renew magazines and wanting either their credit card number, debit card number or checking account number. I told them once to stop calling them and yet they still persists. Now my mother is afraid that they are going to come to her house. Is there anything that could be done about this? It would be greatly appreciated.

Blocking the number will not work. They will just call from a different number. I have been dealing with this for awhile now for my elderly mother. The letter was sent certified mail several weeks ago and she is on the do not call list. They continue to call. If I answer the phone, they hang up.
