We purchased a preferred passport membership in 2020 just before the pandemic hit and . now they cancelled my free cruise and took my points away . This is a total rip off , Please avoid this vacation spot , they don't deserve to have your business.

Like many other individuals we were given lies at Pueblo Bonito Oceanfront Resort and Spas timeshare tour in March of 2017.
Bottom line, the top manager at the time share event lead us to believe we could sell one of our timeshares we own with their help and gain a "RCI like" experience with their Preferred Passport package. Received access to this resort Inventory Website called Pueblo Bonito Preferred Passport and it was a complete joke. The inventory was laughable. They should pay us to go to these places. A SCAM.

Do not believe a word anyone says at Pueblo Bonito's Timeshares. A company out of Montreal Canada (Timeshare Equity Services) was to assist in releasing us from your Time share commitment. They only want your money, no guarantees of releasing you at all. It is a SCAM, do not pass go, do not collect $200. Just say no!
