did not get the 50 bonus points

today i bought a pair of pugs sunglasses at a turkey hill store and i was supposed to get 50 bonus points as stated in the rewards program and it did not register on my slip at checkout.the person working there said to contact you about this cause she could not do anything about it at the store.so if you can help out in this matter id appreciate it
