bad customer
My husband and I went to your establishment to look for a automobile. December 14, we went looking, the 15we talk to a salesman about a vehicle. Prior to December 14,he acknowledge us. We return on the 15 wanted to have more details about a 2004 Volkswagen. The salesman was talking in circles, first he said he didn't recognize me because yesterday I was tore from the floor up end of quote. I was embarrass because another male customer was standing right there .Like I said poor customer service. He tells us we could not purchase because title was not in, then he said he had 7 people on the list. My husband ask him if he could put half down till the title comes in, he said no. Then he said since its Christmas let me go in and call a the people that is on he list. About 10 minutes we waited, he comes back and say guess what the car is yours. He then tells my husband to go out in the field and get parts from he others that may be missing, my husband does that December 15, and place the parts in his presence. My husband reassure him that I will be in before 5, because I work. He made a verbal agreement with my husband and said that he will start paper work. When I get there around 1;30 he tells me he sold he car because I did not contact him. My husband is pushing 60 we don't have time for high school games.. Then he tells me I have plenty others sell. I will be reporting to BBB.
Customer service class is needed for this man and a wardrobe.
