poor driving habits - your speeding driver almost took out both me and my truck as I as backing into my driveway today (May 2nd)took me

At approximately 2:45-2:50 PM on Tuesday, May 2nd your driver who just left Glamis Avenue and had turned right onto Haney Avenue (my street) was speeding into my truck well over the speed limit for a side street. He was not looking and narrowly missed hitting me and my truck as I was backing into my driveway.

Call Support

I had scheduled a pickup over the phone with Purolator for the next day between 10am-noon. It was for a Covid lab sample. I was advised to place the item outside my front door by 9am. OK I did that. 12 noon comes, it's a clear sunny day but no pickup. I get concerned and decide to call. I call the Purolator number on the web site for St John's and get Staples. No one told me -neither does the phone answering system - that they own Purolator now. None of the phone menu selections are for Purolator. OK I call again, get Staples and decide on some general inquiry, it rings and rings -no pickup. OK I go to the Purolator website and grab a support number and call. It rings, I made a general section - since there does not seem to be one for customers checking on a pickup (rather than a delivery) and I get the music. after 20 minutes of music no pickup. I'm done and hangup. It's almost 1pm now I just checked outside and the package is gone.

I'm not so much complaining that they didn't keep their commitment for a 10--noon pickup but that there is no easy way to get hold of anyone. Don't they realize how difficult they have configured their accessibility ??? Sure they'll come back and say Oh what can we help you with... or We are sorry for your inconvenience.... and there will be the most cheerful and friendly people on the phone but what a waste of my time and agitation they have caused! I can't imagine that they have any competent managers that they can allow this! Or maybe they just don't give a hoot.

The frame was exactly as pictured, very solid. It was so easy to put together, #’s & arrows on the frames & toll provided were brilliant. Companies should take lessons from you on how to provide intelligent directions for putting things together. Will highly recommend the product & your company to others.
BUT are experience was soured by Purolator, the company you chose to delivery the product. It was delivered (to wrong address – details to follow) 2 days past the guarantee date, considering covid we were patient – need to note we had 3 other items delivered on time and one was early – the delivery companies were FedEx & Intel. On Friday March 5/21 when I checked the tracker, it said it was delivered. Contacted Purolator as we did not receive it and were home at the time they indicated. Spoke to Ashley in customer service about 5:00pm & after a frustrating conversation was basically told their GPS said it was delivered to us (she gave me the impression she thought I was lying) and to call Amazon to place a complaint. Did contact Amazon at around 5:30pm and spoke to Josh – what a difference in customer service, so understanding and sympathetic - he asked us to wait 24hours and then stated he would call us back the next day to follow up. Fortunately, a neighbour about 10 houses away came by several hours’ latter saying a package for us was delivered to his house.
To improve your customer experience, I highly recommend you hire a delivery company that has reliable GPS and/or have drivers that can read address labels.
I will definitely recommend your product but will recommend that they insist Purolator not be the delivery company.

Delivery

This is now the 3rd delivery amazon has sent me thru Purolator and and the 3rd time who ever the delivery driver has lied about try to make a delivery and or leaving a called slip.
It is a $30.00 taxi cab round trip for me to have to go downtown and in the future I am going to expect Purolator to reimburse my cost as i am sure Amazon is paying you to deliver that package to my door.
