Hi Pusat Mel Nasional, boleh tanya pasal parcel KKM009198345MY yang hantar dari Kerajaan KKM boleh tolong semak. Sebab saya terlepas tarikh yang bagi ambil kat Pos Klang Selatan.Saya check kat tracking nombor tunjuk last status para 08.03.2022 kat Pusat Mel Nasional boleh minta hantar balik. Sebab saya ada buat panggilan ke Pusat Mel National Shah Alam @ 55653200 tetapi mengecewakan saya sebab sepanjang hari langsung tak ada orang jawab phone. Lepas tu saya ada cuba call tanya pihak KKM mereka memberitahu saya mereka langsung tak ada terima apa-apa pulangan parcel dari pihak pos. Terima kasih atas bantuan pihak supaya saya dapat ambil balik.

Parcel Update
My parcel LL176710728PT that was delivered to Kelana Jaya has been sent back to Shah Alam according to Pusat Mel Kelana Jaya. I am trying to contact Pusat Mel National Shah Alam @ 55653200 to track my parcel for 12hrs but no one is answering the call ... its very frustrating. I pray someone gets back to me .... Thank you.

Barang stuck dekat pusal mel nasinal sejak bulan 4 ,2021. No telefon tak dapat hubungi dan telah buat aduan kepada poslaju melalui portal e-aduan tapi pihak poslaju menutup aduan pada 7.9.2021 walhal barang masih belum dapat sampai skrg (8.9.2021). ITEM TRACKING : LP355109028SG. Nombor telefon pulak gagal dihubungi dan disebabkan barang begitu berharga saya akan proceed isu ni ke TRIBUNAL PENGGUNA. Mintak kerjasama perkara ni dan saya takkan duduk diam walaupun perlu naik ke mahkamah.

I wish to complain about my parcel, tracking FDV000256085MY, shipping method: flexiprepaid, that has been shipped out on the 16th March 2021, Tuesday at 5:51 pm that I departure from Post Office Jusco Tebrau.
I am complaining because my parcel has been in transit since 17 March 2021, Wednesday at 5:28 pm, from Mail Processing Centre Johor Baru to Item Dispatched Out Mail Processing Centre Kota Kinabalu. To resolve this problem I would like you to know the whereabouts of my parcel as it has been a few weeks and it has not arrived yet.
