Dear Mr/Mrs,
I wish to complain about rider delivery pos letter because my letter is not placed inside officebox provide.
I am complaining because my letter document has been wet and damage. He just insert my letter on the gate/fence not place inside officebox provide. To resolve this problem I would like you to take that action for remind all riders to place the letter in correct place provided.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If that accident things repeat again, I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.
