Long time no update my item

Cp313965497my This is my parcel number. I still have many packages to be sent to China. There is no update. The above number is one of my packages. I have mailed it since 4/5/2020. The last update time is 14 / 5/2020 has not been updated at all until now. I just want your company to give me a clear time before my package will be delivered to China! ! !
