I subscribed to pushplay service and $7 was to be deducted from my account. I instant received an alert where $44.95 was deducted from my account instead of the $7. I requested for cancellation of the service and a refund of my $44.95 but nothing has been returned to me till date. According to pushplay's terms of service, one can have a full refund of his money if he cancels within three days of subscription. I made the request the first day, and attached with this message is the email I got from them.
pushplay claimed that the refund normally takes 1-10 days to reflect on my account, an its past 10 days, and nothing. I have contacted them by email but they refused to reply my email.
Please I need action taken to curtail this fraud and have my money returned.

I subscribed to pushplay service and they were to deduct $7 from my account. I instantly got an alert from my account for a deduction of $44.99. I asked for cancellation of the service and a refund of my money. Till date, nothing has been refunded. They claimed by mail to me that the refund normally takes 1-10 working days. After 10 workings days, I sent a mail to them to remind them, and they never replied the mail. Its unfortunate that people can go to any length to defraud others of their hard earned money. Pushplay and its likes should not be allowed to keep existing on the internet with its mode of business. The world would be better if their likes are kept away from civilized human society.
