561 this driver always displays attitude, and is rude. When i was in HS he forced me off the bus because i had lost my green metrocard. I used to lose it a lot due to my lack of object permanence. I was under age then. Now as an adult he continues to be rude. Wtf is his deal. I was an under aged kid back then and my card literally needs 20 mins. Sick of his attitude.

I am at Main St and Roosevelt Ave waiting for the Q25 which is never on time. I am standing at the stop over 25min where 2 bus should come already if the schedule was applicated but there is none. This situation had happen over and over again. Please can someone at the complaint center help us fix this issue so we can get to work on time thank you.

Today morning I was wiating Q25 bus on Flushing Main Street, Roosvelt Avenue going towards College Point. Two buses came at around 7:25 -7:30, the first being Q25 limited and second being Q25. The first driver did not open bus door to board, I knocked the door but he ignored. The second bus came and did not stop on the stoppage. And this is not the first time I am facing such problem with Q25 bus.
The buses on this route are generally late andd drivers are very unprofessional. Often the time they start argument with fellow drivers/passengers causing unneccessary delays.

Request you to please monitor the service and implement necessary controls.

Today at 430 on college point Blvd I ran to the bus with one other person on the line and before he got on i got to the bus and as I got on the bus driver crushed Mr with the door and started laughing at me that she didn't see me. Then she said she was going to get me thrown off the bus.
