Our grief on the Disgusting and unpleasant experience with your 5 Star airline.

Attention: HE Akbar Al Baker, CEO Qatar Airways

Before I detail my complaint, I would like to state that Qatar Airways should compensate me for the financial expenses, which are also detailed with reasons in my complaint AND for the mental agony, poor service and attitude of your staff and the overall inconvenience caused to me and my family members.

① Expenses that were incurred by me and I demand compensation

1. Travel cost from Hotel in Venice to the airport and back for baggage collection on 19 Feb 2017

2.Travel cost from Hotel in Pisa to the airport and back for baggage collection on 20 Feb 2017

3. Telephone cost for calling hotels to make changes and for assistance

4. Retail accessories (clothing) in absence of bags not arrived

5. Compensation for the mental trauma and the first 3 days of our vacation getting ruined.


② Details of my complaint:

I would now like to bring my complaint and severe inconvenience to your attention and would like your team to investigate the matter and suitably compensate me:


❶ QR 1003 Flight delay at Dubai on 18th Feb (causing us to miss the connecting flight to Venice) and poor service atttitude of your staff 

- Our flight QR 1003 at Dubai was late and we landed at Doha 6:40 via QR 1003 on 18th Feb and were out of our aircraft by 6:55 am

- While there were placards being shown by QA staff for other destinations, there were none for Venice (poor handling of delay)

- One of the ground staff sent us to gate A6 and while we rushed to the boarding gate, we were told that we were late and were off-boarded (there was no consideration paid to our situation)

- The lady staff "Nigel" was indifferent and lacked service etiquette.

- The supervisor "Suzzana" refused to arrive at the Service Desk to attend to our grievance.

 

❷ Painful journey to Venice and missing connecting flight at Rome due to QA's fault

- Your staff refused to provide friendly options to travel to Venice via Rome. We had no other option but to accept boarding Alitalia flight from Rome -> Venice.

- We were awake for over 15 hours and tired and after a lot of arguments and pushing, we were upgraded to Business class for the flight to Rome

- Finally, we headed via Rome to Rome thinking that finally, the pain was over but the worst was waiting.

- As the papers given to us by QA for the connecting flight to Venice were wrong, it caused us to miss the connecting flight. We were late again and missed another flight


❸ Baggage delayed by QA by 2 days at Doha that ruined my holiday

- The worst part of our experience was the handling of our baggage. Our baggage didn't travel on the QA flight QR113 to Rome on 18th Feb, which resulted in a disaster and completely ruining our holiday

- Three out of the four bags arrived at Venice on 19th and to our shock, one of the four bags was missed out again by QA!

- At 11:30 PM on 18th Feb, we were still at Venice airport, in the same clothes for almost 24 hours and without QA offering us any type of relief, food or even water.

- I returned to Venice airport on 19th Feb at 11:30 AM, spending Euro 230 from my pocket, only to collect 3 bags and still missing one of them!


❹ Qatar Airways missed one of the four bags on 19th Feb

- On 19th, when I returned to collect my bags at Venice airport, I was told that QA had missed one of the four bags again (Imagine, I was on a holiday!)

- After a lot of complaining and 3 hours, I was assured that QA would organize to send the bags to Florence (Pisa) and deliver them to my hotel.


❺ Qatar Airways poorly handled the last missed fourth bag - Failed promise and failure of QA to obtain custom clearance for my bag at Pisa

- This was yet another failed moment of truth, as the last bag was not given custom clearance and I had to travel to Pisa airport to collect my baggage.

- Yet again, I had to travel to Pisa, to collect the last bag, causing more expenses to travel


❻ Overall catastropic failure of service and poor capability of staff

- All of these staff failed to perform service recovery and many of them were indifferent and lacked service ettiquette

- Their names were -
1. Shady
2. Vivine
3. Siham (Manager)
4. Suzanna (Supervisor)
5. Nijel

I need to understand what and how is QA going to make it up for all the inconvenience caused and the reimbursement of my money, with compensation.

Denial of Boarding Pass

Mr.Raghvir DEL- DOH - KRT ( QATAR AIRWAYS ) Ticket No.1571957313939 KRT-TIP ( AFRIQIYAH ) Ticket No.7471957313938


Travel date from DEL 10.04.15 denied boarding pass at Delhi Airport inspite of having confirmed Return Ticket and valid Libyan

Visa. Because of denial of boarding pass he could not travel to Libya and lost his Job.The Qatar Airways should compensate.

baggage missing

i was travalling your flight on 23-april-2014 from CCJ to TIF via DOHA flight no QR-539,QR-1206.I arrived Taif airport I cannot get my baggage.after I complaint the airport cell.they give the number BIFQR10037 and contact number 012-7261800 .but i try to contact but the number is not valid.i am very difficult this issue.my valuable things in the baggage.take necessery action this matter as soon as possible.your immiediate action highly appriciate

Complaint Against Mr Rajat Malhotra working with Qatar Airways, Doha



Dear Sir,



I have been married to Mr Rajat Malhotra on 28.6.2012. He stayed in India with me upto 12th July, 2012
when he was staying in India with me at 34B, SRM Apartment,Plot No. 106, Patparganj, Delhi-110092, India.
This was an arranged Marriage performed with huge expenses incurred by Father and his family and
on 12.7.2012 to attend the official duties he left india and thereafter he is not coming to India and I have been
enforced to leave his house and presently staying the place of my father.He is not in touch with me since 12.7.12.


I have filed complaint against him at the office of Crime against Women Cell under Prevention of Dowary Act in India
where summons issued have issued which he is not attending at all. He is a fraudulent person and for the sake of justice
his presence in India is must to face the court and other government agencies in India. He is trying to break
the marriage with melafide reasons.

If your office take any intiative in this regard I shall be highly obliged.

His Passport No. is E 9688159 valid upto 29.09.2014.

His Sponsor is Qatar Airways where he has been working as Air Steward and Crew Member.
