Hi, today at is Friday March 4, 2016. This is the second time in one week I have waited over an hour for the QM24 bus 6th ave. line out of Manhattan into queens. The 4:07 did not show up today. When I asked the driver if there were problems at headquarters because of skipped buses i was told... you should call.. I'm just here replacing the guy that didnt show up today. This is not the first time I have heard this from drivers. Basically, if a driver calls in sick, that bus is skipped. I do not understand why this is considered ok. I have been riding this bus for over 5 years now and this has happened many times. I am reaching out to you for the first time today because a driver being out results in over a hour wait for a bus, which is not acceptable. Surely you have staff to fill in for sick drivers, am I correct?
