I am requesting a $46 dollar refund from Clickbank because since Febuary 29th i recieved no assistance whatsover from

I have screenshots proving that everytime i sent text, photo and video to both tech support email addresses they would

ignore me or close open support tickets i sent for review when i asked for help with a piece of software called

Amazon Dominator. The software was supposed to be a key (crucial) piece to make money online through Facebook.


The software simply does not work. It's like it was programmed to not respond to input or retrieve data.

I also emailed another person through their personal Youtube email account two days ago and they have ignored me also.

On 3/6/12 i emailed Mike Auton("Jessica's" Business partner?) through his chat forum thread and asked if he could

help me with the Amazon Dominator software problem since he seems to be the site administrator he removed my comment off his site.

It seems that Quick Click Commissions simply wants to promote high retail useless products to the public using

Clickbank to scam people.

I have not found a phone number or real physical mail address to contact them to get help.


Totally frustrated, confused and feel i feel like they violated my trust and my wallet.

Better yet please ban them from your servers. Maybe lots of people are getting ripped off by them too.

I love ClickBank. Your company and your staff are very fair and your company offers great services but their are

some within your marketplace that are taking advantage of us. Outright fraud. That has to stop.


Unlike QCC and ZenDesk i do not hide when i am asked to respond.

I've been having the same problem with them. They did answer me back when I asked for help, but they started to ignore me after I sent an e-mail about wanting a refund, because the product didn't work for me. Like you, I've sent countless request tickets and every time I check them, right after I sent them, they would already say 'Request not found. It may have been solved or deleted". What kind of service is that? They even offer a 60 day refund period, but they don't actually give the money back? Thank you for sending that e-mail to ClickBank, and please, let me know what they answered back when they do. I'm glad, but very sad, that I'm not the only one having this kind of problem.
