I ordered $40 worth of dvds and toys and received partial dvds and nothing else yet my card was charged the entire amount there number is disconnected and they will not return any of my emails

i placed an order around 12-19-09 i received the 3 dvds i orderd but the other item was never delivered. i looked up the phone numbers and called and every number i called was not in service. so i e-mailed them and i have got no response

THESE GUYS ARE 100% RIPOFFS, NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER OF OVER $165.00, THEY NEVER RETURNED ANY EMAILS. AND OF COURSE THIER PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT WORK.
