I am a member of Quidco who has been unfortunate to have her highest guarantee cashback claim declined by them even though i provided them with required evidence ! The have gone to decline with no obvious reason hence i am here complaining and hope my voice will be heard and help me get my right from them!

I shall start from the begining when i purchased on 19/07/2016 through them a 3 month trial of gourmet society! There time frame for such claims was 72 hours. My purchase did not track so i lodged a missing cashback claim. Soon after this i saw a cashback site offering £20 for the same offer so i rushed to submit a highest guarantee claim but because i had already submited a missing one their system thanked me for placing this claim and informed me that they cannot process this claim until my purchase has been confirmed. All this happened within the 72 hours time frame! Now when my purchase had been been confirmed Quidco is refusing to accept my highest guarantee claim even after providing them with screenshots as proof of their acknowledgement!
