My name is nabil samy and my quidco registered email is [email protected]. I am hereby submitting a complaint against Quidco who have closed my account and my friends as well under the excuse that they have found my account linked to others purchasing from the same retailer . This excuse as far as i am concerned is lame as that is exactly what Quidco encourages under their refer a friend program. I hardly access my account let alone making fraudulent transactions. I have only purchased a life insurance from lv= and so are my other friends as this was the first and formost reason we decided to join. Had it not being for the cashback rate and the inexpensive premiums of lv we would never have joined as we do not have the time to. We work as a team and are known as the yandex group so its not surprising that we made the same purchases with this retailer. Anyway i wont speak in their behalf as they themselves shall escalate to a conplain against Quidco. Now after being paying my monthly premium to lv for consecutive 6 months and when i am near to get my cashback Mr Mark has closed my account. Quidco dont want to pay me my cashback which i have rightfully earned thats great but please refund me all my six premiums paid to lv.
