I recently used their services to translate my birth certificates to get married in mexico, i got in contact with them in jan 2013 and they recommended to wait until nearer the time as i wasn't getting married until nov 2013, i phoned them again in september and trusted that they were providing me with correct information, they told me i had to get our birth certificates translated in order to be able to get married. I didn't want to turn up without the right documents so paid £226 for their service. Hotel confirmed before wedding and again after that there was absolutely no need for this unless we had been divorced. Company refusing to take ownership of matter, any ideas on where i can take this?
