Wrong shipping address - their fault!
This is my first time ordering from r43ds.org. I didn't bother checking any reviews of this site because the site looked so safe and legit. Well, I ordered a bunch of cards and all went well until the tracking company said it was delivered to Georgia, not California. I checked my order several times, and I did not type anything about Georgia. I tried contacting them and no replies at all. Honestly this site is fabricated by a bunch of 12 year old criminals who have been locked and grounded in their room for stealing their mom's credit card. Never again trust this filthy website fraud and the scumbags running it!

Item not delivered after months!
I ordered a product in June - it's now September and I have not received my product. Absolutely outrageous - do not purchase from this website!

Never Received Product or Refund
Complete scammer site....Never received my order and never got a refund. I've messaged them 6 times over the last two weeks with no response to date. They manually processed my payment over the weekend in a matter of hours but almost a month has passed and I'm still supposedly waiting on shipment. Buy somewhere else as you well never receive your product.

Nothing on the site says the order will be coming from China messaged on the 5th asking for an order tracking number...didn't get a reply for a week then I get the same form letter he has sent to people since 2014 saying message system was down and saying my order was shipped out the 10th and expect to wait another 5-25 days..when on their own reviews on the site"which is a joke cause they they have to approve all reviews before they get posted.This site is a scam I have been to other review websites and there are thousands of us being ripped off....now if some of you got your items that's fine but when I order an item and your site says I should get it in 3-7 days in the USA I expect to get my item within 3 weeks...That's triple what the site says shipping time will be ..this item was a gift....now I have nothing to give ...but that's okay I reported them for fraud and disputed my charges and cancelled my card ...no big deal but do not buy

To date I have not received the product. I have sent emails via there system. No response. Still awaiting shipment. One initial response received giving excuses and telling me it shipped July 6th. Their system still tells me awaiting shipment. What a joke. They were happy to take payment. I believe this company is nothing but FRAUD. This was a gift for my son that it way passed due. They do not keep to what is promised on their website. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY....IT IS FRAUD. This company has taken 100 dollars from me. I take responsibility for not researching this company first. I hope others do not make the same mistake I did.
I recommend to order from ModChip Central.

Waste of space - been waiting since 18th May no response to emails - website still on awaiting shipment. If some one has actually spoken to a human I'd like the phone number as it's not on the website

Order Arrived
Sorry, I was a bit early on my negative review. May 14th, I finally got a response from the seller. They upgraded my order and sent with a tracking code, and it arrived. I tested it just to make sure it wasn't a fake. The R4i works fine with the 16GB microsd I bought a while ago.
I didn't realize that R4i for 3DS doesn't play 3DS roms, but that's my fault for not researching/reading more about it. The website is kind of confusing with all the different choices and hard to understand descriptions.
I'd delete my original complaint if I could, since they actually do respond. I'd recommend messaging them if you don't get anything within a month or two. They may take 7-14 days to respond to the message. Also, their online message center went down once when I tried to send a message, so you probably will want to copy your message to the clipboard or write it in notepad before sending it (I do this out of habit).
Anyway, here's the response from the seller. They send a response after this one with tracking number and etc., but I don't think I need to post it here.

I would just ask that you please double check the shipping address in your account, or send me your shipping address if you did not create an account, so that we can confirm that we're sending it to the right address.

At 21:32 on the day I ordered, I got an email stating that my order status had been updated to "Awaiting Shipment".
2015-05-04 @19:58 (almost a month later): I sent them a message from my account on their website using the message center.
> It's been almost a month, and the order status is still "Awaiting shipment". My credit card got charged almost a month ago, yet no shipment?
> If the order is not shipped with a tracking number, I will have to open a dispute with the credit card company.
I never received a response from them, and the order status still says "Awaiting shipment". I opened a dispute on my credit card account 2015-05-13 @23:51.
I also sent them another message, which I doubt they'll respond to:
> You have not shipped me anything, you have not sent me a tracking number or order status, and you have not responded to my previous message even after a whole week.
> Cancel my order and refund my payment.
They're a scam, or they're a really badly run company with extremely bad communication. Either way, there's no reason to do business with them. Don't let them fool you with fake reviews on this site!

Guys, calm down! And please, take time to come back and post if the site resolved your issue.
For me, it went like this. I ordered a card on December 25, 2014. Then, on February 4, not having received anything, I googled and found this review site. I was scared that my money was gone! But it wasn't...
I immediately wrote an email, using the form on their site, and politely asked for a status. The following day, I got this message "I have arranged to have another order sent out to you, from our Canada warehouse - which went out for you yesterday. You should receive it in about 5-9 working days."
And today, February 9, guess what? I received the card.
So, I'd say give it some time. Shipping from Asia can be long, delayed at the border, or get lost. If after a reasonable delay (I'd say approx 6 weeks) you have no news, just send them a message. It worked alright for me. I hope this helps other customers. :-)

Was finally delivered today
I ordered a R4 for 3ds a day before Christmas 2014 and it finally arrived today on February 3rd 2015 the card works completely fine, now While I can't really recommend buying from them if you live in the US as there are probably better, faster alternatives I can say they deffinitly don't just take your money and run, just be prepared for a very long delivery time

Hey, i ordered from them about a week before christmas not really realising they were based outside of america so i inquired about why it was taking so long simply to change the status to "shipped", well today on january 15th i finally got a reply and status changed to shipping and it was as follows:

Oh man guys, it's been a little under a month since I ordered my r4 3DS dual core, and immediately I got suspicious after week two hit and there was no status change on my order. I decided, "hey, you know what I'll just send them an email via their contact page". While that satisfied me for a week, I thought that maybe they were busy. But four weeks of waiting for my purchase is pushing it, and I found this complaintboard and my stomach dropped. I hate dealing with scams, and I feel sort of helpless and stupid I hadn't seen this coming.
Do not buy from this website. I'm a little worried now they have my name, my card number and my address. If you're like me and have already bought from this website and is waiting for your purchase, don't bother. Go ahead and call your bank and tell them the situation. They will give you a temporary refund.

These guys are thieves, I ordered and paid the above for 2 x R4 3DS Dual Core plus one free. Nothing arrived, no emails were answered, I sent 3 including submitting tickets and today is now 21 April 2014. Total con stay away from them.

No problems at all with R43DS.org
Had no problems with this company at all. I post this because it seems only people who complain get the posts on. I have ordered from them on 3 different occassions, months apart, and each and every time my order came within 10 days or so, with the 3rd time taking about 18 days for the package to arrive - but it did arrive and everything I ordered was in the package. Been using the products since and never had any problems. But I think many people don't keep in mind that the packages are coming from outside of the USA. I know when I buy from the USA< it takes just a few days for packages to arrive, but they are sending from Asia, and it can take 2 or even 3 weeks for packages to reach the USA. Just how it works.

The site is a Fraud. Do not buy on r43ds.org. I have paid 70 days back & have got nothing so far.
Initially you will get response to your messages till the time money is transfered to their account. The responses would range from "we are coming up with a latest version of the product & you will get new version in same price" to "The product has been shipped last week, will check why status has not been updated".
Do not waste your money.
