Hallmark card

I have purchases (91.6 hallmark) 1 necklace with earrings from Raj laxmi jwellers silvassa 396230 but while I purchase the item he tell me we provide a hallmark card but now after 3-4 month they give me hallmark card with her shop name than I told him please give me card with my name but he tell me hallmark always given with shop name..... So kindly help me with proper solution.
