IRTC REFUND

I tried to book Tatkal tickets on 20/10/2017 in irtc using my debit card (Canara Bank). I didn’t receive the Tatkal Tickets but an amount of Rs. 835/- deducted from my Debit Card A/c. I have received message to my registered email from IRTC promising to refund the money. Till date I have not received the money

My account in IRTC is showing refunded in paytmag in irctc. please find the below transaction details.
