Dear sir /madam ,
I would like to bring your attention happend to me one of your branch in burjuman.i applied for my lybility letter on 20th April 2017 and I visited the branch after 14days and I check with customer service manager for my lybility letter but he said iTs delivered you by courier .when I check with courier company they inform me it not yet with them .agian I visit the branch the same day and I meet the customer service manager but he is behaving me very badly and he said to wait outside .i wait the branch more than 6 hrs and he is not give me any reference number which is delivered in the courier company . He just did to me purposefully to wait this much hours . He is handling a customer service manager position and behaving like this .its really making your customer disappointed to your service .
I want to look this issue and do necessary actions to him .
