Started May 2 until today I keep getting SMS with the following content

delay of TT

Dear Sir,

I am Yun Kong, a nearly 3 years customer of rakbank. I submit an application of TT on 25th, July. But on 2nd, Aug, they still not help me transfer it! It is already 9 days. I cannot wait for so long time. If they still not help me transfer it on 4th, Aug. I will cancel my account immediately.
