Me and my husband bought a bunk bed for my grandson. The bed arrived and was assembled by Raymour's and Flanagan's. A few days later I noticed the bed was wobbly. When I contacted the store they sent a repair man. The repair man said that the bed had been put together wrong and because of this to correct it he needed to order new pieces. He also said the bed was unsafe. The store then informed me the bed was no longer available and they couldn't get the pieces. Ok so now I have an unsafe bed that I paid 750 for. The store now says I can only get a store credit. There is no other bed I want there other than the one I chose. Now I am out 750 and still don't have a bed.

Also we paid a 60 dollar fee that if anything happened to the bed in 5 year they would fix it. Obviously they cann't fix the bed or replace the bed. What is wrong with this picture.

Dont buy from this store!!!!
