On Wednesday evening September 6 2017, my wife and I went shopping at Raymour and Flanagan at the new shopping center Erskin St. Brooklyn NY, Around 6 PM for a dining room set. I was never greeted or asked if I needed any help. When I asked for help, an associate told me that someone be right with us, meanwhile I counted six associates doing nothing but talking among themselves. I even walked past them, and no one had offered any help or acknowledged us as a customer. My wife and I waited approximately 30 minutes before we walked out of The store, the professionalism level in that store is horrendous, we will never go back or recommend anyone. But rest assure I will elaborate and be very vocal in my community about my experience there. I will definitely take my business and my hard-earned money elsewhere. Shame on you Raymour and Flanagan.
