International Transfer

Mr Kumar assured me I needed to pay a last payment of £2200 to get my international transfer I have put myself in extreme financial difficulty doing this and did so as he assured me I would have nothing else to pay.
He has now told me that my account was closed and I have to pay £299.00 to reactivate the account which I do not have so I can not get my money that they have. Please help me.
