मैं आपके बैंक रिकवरी एजेंटों के खिलाफ यह शिकायत लिख रही हूं , पिछले 2 दिनों से वे मेरे कार्यालय के लैंड लाइन नंबर पर कॉल कर रहे हैं और मेरे सहयोगी को धमका रहे हैं और अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग कर रहे हैं। उसी के लिए मैंने आपके पंजीकृत ग्राहक देखभाल से शिकायत की और एजेंट के साथ टेलीकांफ्रेंस की, लेकिन आपके कार्यकारी ने उसका समर्थन किया और कहा कि बकाया भुगतान करें अन्यथा उनके पास ये करने के अधिकार हैं। अब मैंने अपने कानूनी सलाहकार से बात की हैं और वो आपके बैंक के खिलाफ एक नोटिस भेज रहा है जिसके एक कॉपी रिज़र्व बैंक के पास भी भेजी जाएगी | मैं आपसे अनुरोध करती हूँ कि जब तक आपके बैंक को कानूनी नोटिस नहीं मिल जाता तब तक ये कॉल्स रोक दी जाये| और अगर हो सके तो उन लोगों के खिलाफ एक्शन ले जो कोई भी इसमें शामिल है |

जैसा कि रिकवरी एजेंट ने मुझे बताया कि उसने आरबीएल बैंक ओखला शाखा, दिल्ली से फोन किया। उनका नाम श्री नितिन सक्सेना है |

मैं आपको कुछ कॉल करने वालों के फ़ोन नंबर दे रही हूं। गवाह के रूप में मेरे कार्यालय के सहयोगी और लैंडलाइन फोन रिकॉर्डेड लाइन क्लिप भी उपलब्ध हैं।

Rbl Bank I am writing this complaint against RBL BANK credit card collection executive who make me harassed last 2 days and called me for abusing me with very pathetic words with three different people on one call . I lodge police complaint against them and against Rbl bank too because he called me behalf on this bank. Its such surprised how bank do this kind of thing with women customer. I am such feel very insecure with your bank goons. I will make sure with go this matter under criminal offence because its such against to banking sector all rules and regulations which comes under RBI guidelines I am share you here details of that executive who called me and harassed me. Total rs 10000+100 has been charged by Facebk adds services to my RBL BANK credit card and without my authorization. but I want to know without OTP & MY CVV HOW can bank authorise the transactions and without sending transaction alert on my resigsterd mobile no.
Please stop that transaction and refund my money.
