I have a credit card on which i receive e mail from RBL bank that 3 transactions are done in USD currency.

I have not done these transactions and informed bank via email / phone and dispute letter submission requesting them to reverse the charge backs.

My complain is on two points -

1. How can the bank allow international transaction happen without taking consent from customer via OTP or email.

2. Also the credit limit available on credit card was less while the bank allowed the transaction to happen of a higher amount crossing the available credit limit in this case (which may hint that their may be an internal bank employee be a part of it though not sure about it)
