On Sep 28, 2020 around 9am, I called RCBC Customer Service, just wanna know how to change my email address for online banking amd wanna know small amount charged from iherb. This is because I am pregnant and GCQ in Philippines, hard for me to go out and visit the bank.

Daniel Rosales handled my queries very bad. He was strict to the bank policy because I couldn't provide him complete address. How could I remember my address if I work as expat here in Philippines since 2015 and stay at company condominium, which is move out and in many times depend on the company Admin decision. BUT I can provided him more than address, such as: last amount I made Deposit, last transaction I made, also I offered him I can tell him what's my username of my bank account. All of Those are more Private than just complete address. And he didn't want provide me the small amout from iHerb charged me. Fyi, my card is savings. There is nothing to do with scam if I wanna do scam. I even told him I am pregnant and we are in GCQ, how pregnant woman can go out. And small amount from iherb is just to buy vitamins for my pregnancy. He still sticked with his policy and so heartless. When I asked him to connect me with his Manager, he refused that. What a poor customer service.
