Sir:

I am writing this complaint to bring to your attention experienced I had in your bank today, June 27, 2018 at around 10:07 AM at RCBC, Catbalogan City, Samar.

I visited to your bank to pay my RCBC Bankard total balance in full. Upon entering the bank, I ask immediately the Guard on duty if there is a priority number to be issued to costumer, he replied there is none. I went directly to the Lady Teller and ask if she accept the printed Statement of Account (SOA) only as I had already practiced in paying in other RCBC branch, specifically in Tacloban City. She told me she is not accepting the SOA only, Bills Collection/Deposit Pick-up Agent Collection Slip is necessary. So I immediately filling-out the Bills Collection/Deposit Pick-up Agent Collection Slip and submit directly to the Lady Teller but it was not accepted and I was told to wait to be called. After more than 15 minutes, I was not called and worse, costumers arrived late were served immediately by this Lady Teller. So, I decided to approach and give my RCBC bill to the Gentleman Teller and it was accepted and processed immediately.

I am a regular customer at your bank for more than 15 years now, and I have never had any problems with your services in the past in any of your branches. I am also concerned with the lack of understanding of costumers satisfaction of your Lady Teller on duty at the time of incident.

I hope this will not happened again and help improve more of you bank services.
