I received a tele marketing call and was offered a health insurance I already forgot what the name of the company, and after a month i called to cancel the insurance on my Rcbc jcb credit card and was advised that they will note it on their system but after a month i received agsin a bill for the said insurance. I called again and then i was advised differently saying that I need to contact the said insurance which I did and again cancelled the said insurance. To show good wil, I paid the the 2 or 3 months of it but advised them that it would be the last time since I have already filed a written complaint to RCBC and the insurance company, but they still continuously billed me. I called RCBC and insurance company but when the customer service learned that it is a complaint they just said they will look into it but nobody got back to me then i received a letter saying it was sent to the collection. I have not used that RCBC JCB card since then. Its so inconsiderate and unjust to have not looked into the matter and just sent it to collection.
