I enrolled in rcbc online banking to access all my bank transactions. From the beginning i log in two times and it goes well the cardless withdrawal was done but when my son is going to widraw the money and type the reference needed and otp it did not suceeded.
Then i again log in to check if it will return to my account after an hour because he didnt get the money.
When i log in they it says you entered a wrong pin in which one by one i am sure that i entered it correctly and now my accouny is locked.
Ive been trying to call all the rcbc hotline md contact number but no one is answering and even the emails which i have sent same thing that they teling me that you have to call thos and email this amd that.
You have a poor system i guess.
I calling from united arab emirates and been hang fpr 3min anf then same thing if i dial i am again hang and no attended calls.
I just want to know where i can fixed this problem on how to unlocked my account in which o enrolled in online mobile banking of rcbc.
I am from united arab emirates so please help me and assist me what to do.
