RCI has become untrustworthy My family and I booked last weekend in Langebann (beautiful). RCI had contacted me to use up my remaining points before the end of October and recommended I stay at a RCI apartment in Langebaan Country Estate. On entering the apartment it was clear this was not an RCI leval apartment. It was a very tired and drab apartment which was failing in so may ways. The pictures attached will show what I mean. Old tube TV, single ply toilet paper, big sign in the bath "DO NOT USE", black mildew in the shower, well used furniture, cracked floor door, lifting floor tiles and the hit keep coming. This is not the first time I have been given a dud deal from RCI and I will not renewing my membership and move to a more reliable timeshare company.
