I had talked to someone about these 2 books I thought it was cleared up, I was told it would be canceled and I was to return the 2 books which I did at my own expense, see above, I thank you to credit my account accordingly.

These folks are something else. Same thing happened to me in January and I used the 800 number that I found in the comments. Not only was the customer service rep rude, I don't believe she will do anything and I fully expect to receive another bill .
I, too have complained to all entities that I can find. I hope one of them chooses to investigate.

I have been a subscriber for over 10 years - with both the magazine and condensed fiction books. Canceled the latter recently, as too many of them I had read already. Now they send me non-fiction and say I ordered it. Lies. Thank goodness for internet as I was able to find a phone number there - certainly can't find it in their documentation. This is a fraudulent company now and I am thinking I will cease all dealings with them.
