Real Insurance slogan is " You are not Covered".

Having read reports about Real Insurance on Complaint Board I agree that real Insurance is to collect Premium , deny claims , make money by financillay ripping innocent clients. I have no doubt in my mind after having a same experience as many others that real insurance are thieves. Let me share my bad experience with real insurance.
I took a land lord Policy with Real insurance and was told than that any damage by Flood/ Storm is covered. recently due to a bad storm back Fence of my house, big Palm Tree were damage. I lodged a claim on the phone while I was abroad. I left a message for the claims officer Dhivan to call me to discuss the claim but he never called. upon my return to Australia I rang the most incompetent and a lazy claims officer Dhivan who told me that it is covered but he need to send an Assessor to Assess the damage and it will take 5 days to settle the claim after he has received assessors report. Claims officer told me that Assessor will be his eye. I welcomed his decision. Next Day I received an e mail from Claim 360 who apparently assess claims for the thieves like Real Insurance. e mail advised that Mr Peter Caldicott will visit the site to assess the Damage caused by the storm on 23.04.2014 between 12.30-13.30. I waited there with my wife but an assessor Mr Peter Caldicott never turn up nor called. NEXT morning when I called I was told that report has been sent to the Real Insurance. I called real insurance claims to discuss the matter and spoke with an very rude, aggressive and a show of type lady Amy who claimed to be a claims officer who advised me that my claim is denied. when I questioned her she became aggressive and started to show authority. I refused to speak with her and requested her if she can have my ugly, lazy and an incompetent Claims officer Dhivan to call me and he never called. I later left numerous messages but he never retuned my call. now I decided to call Mr Peter Caldicott an Real insurance assessor from Claim 360 he never returned my call. I was frustrated and got really upset, left a message for him and after so many calls he decided to return my call. when I started to discuss my claim with peter he was lost and confused and said to me and I quote " I did what I was told by the insurance Company" I understand what he meant by that is that he was directed to deny the liability which is outrageous and sign of corruption.
no doubt in my mind that Dhivan a Claims officer from Real insurance is lazy, ugly and incompetent and who knows what kind of relationships he has with Peter Caldicott and Claim 360. I like to know how Claim 360 got contract from this insurance company. I have read intresting reports on Complaint Board and after reading this I am forced to think that Real insurance are thieves and a scam. I shall be calling for an independent enquiry and will seeking APRA intervention. From the reports I have read on Complaint board.com.au it seems to me that Real insurance is financially ripping innocent peoples, they definitely need media attention. the way Claim 360 conduct assessment and wins contracts also need attention. I invite all the real insurance and Claim 360 to please come forward, name and shame these thugs. freedom of speech and to expose thugs is our Democratic right Let us use it to expose these thieves. Please use social Media write to Sydney Morning herald seek their intervention. I understand Real insurance slogan is "You are not Covered'. let me assure Real insurance and Claim 360 I will continue to name and shame you until such time authorities has initiated an action and media has intervened. All the Real insurance directors needs to be investigated , an ugly, lazy and incompetent Claims officer Dhivan be immediately sacked., I will have more on Google with Peter Caldicott and Dhivan Photo. Any one who has been a victim of Real insurance please contact me through complaint board . sign a petition and those who are considering to join Real insurance I beg them not to do so . all must boycott real insurance products. shame, Shame, shame peter, Dhivan shame. come on caldicott tell me what were you told by the insurer/ were you given a brown envelop you gutless assessor who will abuse his profession to please the claims officer and to get more business and dhivan to please his claims manager to secure his position. Dhivan you are smelly I can have your bad smell here.. more yet to come
