Rebox Customer Service

July 24 , 2016 rented disc. I am disappointed in Redbox CS. I waited to hear from them on how to handle the issue via email and finally called at 10PM. There is a family video store 5 miles from me and will drive the distance to get help should I have this issue come upon again. Rebox CS will not transfer you to CS in United States and will hang up on you if you ask if a supervisor available. A person should not have to explain or repeat themselves multiple times on issue calling on.
