I tried to rent a video game for my son, but we received an empty case with NO game inside and I immediately called Redbox while still at the Redbox and toothed the problem/issue and it was suppose to be fixed. Now this happened when the game first came out and now it is October and on October the 5th I found out that Redbox withdrew money from my account. Redbox withdrew the amount of $58.51 from my account and when I called the about the mistake they said, yes, that it was there mistake and they would fix the problem/issue. The problem/issue was not fixed and they still have not refunded my money and are now saying in order to receive my refund that I have to pay $14.00 some dollars more before they can refund my money. Seriously!! WTF!!! Redbox is the worst thing ever. I will never rent from Redbox again and I have read other peoples complaints and it looks like Redbox is cheating everyone. I hope Redbox is put out of business!!
