Thievery

Rented two movies from Redbox in Slatington Pennsylvania ZIP code 18080 and return the movies within 24 hours when I received the email receipt of my return I thought that was the end of it less than 72 hours later I had received a bill for several extra days of rental which I thought maybe I'll accidentally going over the deadline no big deal took care of it is what it is then about a week and a half two weeks later I get a horrible email from my bank saying my account had bounced and that I was negative due to a charge from Redbox of $68 and some odd sense and another charge from Redbox of approximately 40 some-odd dollars. The 60 some-odd dollars was a charge for the non-return of the two movies that I had returned and the 40 some-odd dollars was for two weeks worth of late fees basically actually approximately 10 to 11 days of late fees per movie on top of the non-return fee show in short they charged me for the cost of the movie approximately $30 plus tax for each movie and they charged me for between 8 to 12 days of late fees like I did return the movies but had kept them for a long period of time. Since then not only did the card that I used to rent those movies no longer work in any Redbox kiosk but they never return the 40 some-odd dollar fee they did return the 60 some-odd dollar fee but I never got any kind of apology nothing and it is happened again since then with no return of the money as well as it just happened to a close friend of mine from the very same kiosk and the very same situation it was one movie not to and they charged them something like 45 or $50 for one movie for a non-return fee and the same late fees that I incurred for two Movies except they only had one movie that they had to pay for / purchase and they also had returned it right away and it is still not resolved on there and they're still fighting between the banks and Redbox so something needs to be done about Redbox and I think everyone who is being hurt and screwed over by Redbox deserves to have a refund of a generous size from Redbox and also this is why they are slowly going under do two outlets such as Hulu and Netflix.
