This is in reference to my booking in the said hotel for 21 June 2018. I am very sorry to express my views and experience observed in this and the handling matter by Agoda.

While making my booking I requested you that I will be heaving an early chk in between 10-11 am. My request was accepted condition to availability of Room. This request was made in my earlier booking with different agencies also and was very well handled and accepted..

On reaching hotel around 11:10 am, I showed the confirmation slip at reception and they denied my early chk in request in spite of me showing your confirmation slip.

It was not that the room was not available, they clearly asked us for early check in extra charges to give us room. As it was necessity I had to to pay for extra charges @INR 2360/- ( around 45% extra for the same room charges).

I really felt cheated as room was given me immediately and this I have observed in booking with Agoda only as in my earlier 3 visits in same hotel in last 4 months with other booking agencies, No extra charges were charged.

Now, I request you to kindly variety the details and get these extra amount refunded back to me at earliest.
