In December last year I came into the account and requested for my account to be closed. I was given an amount by the cashier and made the payments. Whilst looking at my receipt I realized that the cashier had given me the incorrect amount and I had overpaid by R 1000.00. On the 14 January I came into the store and left my ID, bank statements and a letter confirming what I would like a refunds for the transaction that took place. I am now frustrated. I have been into Edgars Gateway on 4 Occasions and every time someone always has to call the contact center and find out what is going on with my refund. I have spoken to Camy who assured me that she will do her best I am still waiting 43 weeks later - she has not even called me back to tell me what is the progress. So yesterday 24/02/2019 I went back to Edgars Gateway and spoke to Sandra who has also advised me that she will sort this Out. I am now tired there was a manager that took my Id and he assured me that all will be sorted and nothing has been. I want my money Edgars, I have had enough time to wait. I have sent e-mail with all the relevant information and i havent even received a response that was 5 weeks ago. I cannot believe the terrible service I am still receiving from Edgars Gateway
