THE TICKET(FAILED) REFUND AMOUNT 5000/- WAS SUPPOSED TO BE REFUNDED TO CANARA BANK ACCOUNT.
INSTEAD ON IRCTC SITE ITS SHOWING THAT THE SAID AMOUNT HAS BEEN REFUNDED TO PAYTMAG WHICH WAS NOT EXPECTED. I HAVE CHACKED MY PAYTM WALLET AS WELL AS MY BANK ACCOUNT BUT NO AMOUNT HAS BEEN CREDITED.
