Sir , Sri PV Singh is Exam I/c of GHSS Bordumsa Dist Changlalang Arunachal Pradesh, he had deducted the FA and SA1 marks of my son Sri Gaurav Rai AISSE2015 Roll.No.3109297 before sending the same to the CBSE ,with, the help of sri D Koyu Principal of this School. In past also many complaint had been lodged against sri Singh and principal , but no action or responce by the CBSE,till date. I lodged my complaint dated 15/06/2015 before TheRO CBSE through proper Channel , but no response till. Date . Sir, Ms. Neha Singh Daughter of sri PV Singh is appearing in AISSE2017 from same School and center ,even then Sri Singh is acting as I/c.Exam. it is against CBSE rule to conduct free and fair Exam.
