price of product

I purchased this product online with a purchase price of 10.00 special offer. When I checked my bank balance today I was charged 39.95 and not the 10.00. I purchased this off of the microsoft site. If this is the way this company handles transactions then I can assure you I will be complaining to alot of people.This is a total ripoff. The product is good but financially it sucks. I want my money reimbursed to my account immediatley

I was very up set with this product. YOU CAN GET microsoft mail and spy wear for free. GO TO MICROSOFT SECURITY..

VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT. THEY PROMISE TO CLEAN AND REPAIR. AFTER 3 OR 4 MONTH I AM STEAL TRYING TO DOWN LOAD A KEY.
