Mistress Reign Royalty of Philadelphia is a scammer. Do not pay her slave tribute, unless being ignored and not interacting with her are what you want. I did see her once and she is pretty, but she is no pro-domme. She has told me several time we will Skype and meet, but she either cancels last minute or simply never calls/shows. She does contact me when she wants me to buy her more stuff though. It has not been remotely worth the money or time spent. I see now she is charging $1500 to be ignored, what a joke! Don't be fooled like me and go to a real pro!
